Custom Greaseproof Paper
The workhorse sheet for burgers, hot food and counter wrapping.
Specification & quotePrinted Papers & Bags — Printed Food Papers
A printed sheet is the lowest-cost branded surface in food service. It goes under the burger, into the basket, or around the sandwich, and it is in shot every time a customer photographs their lunch.
The papers below differ mainly in what they resist: oil, heat, moisture, or nothing much at all.

Paper weights and grades are confirmed per enquiry, since the same use can be met by more than one grade.
Print on paper behaves differently from print on coated board. Ink spreads slightly into the fibres, so fine lines thicken and small reversed-out type can close up.
Designs that hold up are simple: a wordmark, a repeated motif, a pattern with generous space around it. Photographic images rarely reproduce well and cost more to run.
Much of our note on preparing artwork so it survives the press applies directly to printed papers.
One or two is normal and reproduces reliably. More colours are technically possible but add cost quickly on a product bought for its low unit price, so the design usually gives better value than the extra ink.
Measure the item, then add enough on each side to fold and tuck. Ordering a standard size and hoping it wraps is the usual reason a first order gets replaced.

When both the paper grade and the ink system are specified for direct contact, yes. We confirm both on the quote.
Where staff take one at a time at a counter, yes. Ask at quote stage, because it changes how the job is finished.
Greaseproof, or parchment where the paper also sees oven heat. Waxed paper is a cold and ambient material.
Flat in reams inside cases, on national carriers. Paper ships compactly compared with formed packaging.
Yes, and most kitchens settle on two rather than one compromise. Running both in one job shares the setup.
Not with a food-contact ink system, which is specified rather than assumed and confirmed on your quote.
