Lids fit rims, not volumes. Two cups both sold as 12oz can have rims several millimetres apart, and a lid that is close but not right will pop off in a car door pocket.
When you enquire, give us the rim measurement across the outside of the rolled edge, or send a cup. Either removes the guesswork completely.
The same principle applies to sleeves sized to grip rather than spin, which are cut from the cup's circumference.

Can you supply lids for cups I bought elsewhere?
Usually, provided the rim measures to a diameter we can match. Send the measurement or a sample cup and we will confirm before quoting rather than after.
Do printed sleeves fit any cup?
No. A sleeve is cut to a circumference, so one sized for a 12oz cup will be slack on an 8oz and will not go over a 16oz. Sites running several sizes normally need more than one sleeve.
Can you supply lids for cups we bought elsewhere?
Generally yes, if the rim matches a diameter we can supply. Post us a cup and we will confirm before quoting.
How do we measure a rim?
Across the outside of the rolled edge at its widest point. That is the measurement a lid is matched against.
Can we reduce the number of lid lines?
Often, by choosing cup sizes that share a rim. Two lines can become one, which also removes a service error.
Are covers the same as lids?
No. A cover keeps dust off a cup standing still; a lid seals for transport. Different jobs entirely.
Do handles suit a busy café?
Not well. The cost, the storage and the slower service all count against them outside a seated occasion.
What are cone cups for?
Dispensers and tasting, where a cup that cannot be put down guarantees single use rather than being abandoned and reused.
Can these parts be ordered separately?
Yes, though ordering cups and lids together is what avoids a mismatch. Sleeves can be ordered on their own cycle.
