Dispenser Fit Is a Tolerance Question

Cooler dispensers hold a stack in a tube and release one cup at a time. That mechanism depends on consistent rim diameter and consistent stack height.

A batch that varies slightly will jam, and the fault will be reported as a broken dispenser rather than a packaging issue.

Cone dispensers take a different fitting entirely, covered on cone cups for dispensers of a different type.

The dispenser make and model, or a photograph of the tube.
A sample of the cup currently in use, if there is one.
The rim diameter and cup height if you can measure them.
Whether the cups are also used away from the dispenser.

Will these fit our existing dispenser?

Only if the rim diameter and cup height match what the tube expects. Send the model or a current cup and we will check it before quoting rather than after delivery.

No. Cone and flat-bottom dispensers take entirely different fittings, so confirm which unit you have before ordering either type, ideally by checking the model plate rather than by eye.

How are they packed?

In nested sleeves, which is also how they load into a dispenser. Damaged sleeves are the usual cause of jamming.

Yes, and most buildings take plain stock for staff areas and print only what visitors see.
