A wedding needs two hundred sleeves, not twenty thousand. That changes the sensible print method and it changes the economics.

Tell us the quantity in your first message. A short run is quoted differently from an ongoing supply, and there is no point pricing one as the other.

Send us two or three of the cones you use, or the top diameter and slant height. We reply with a written specification, the minimum order quantity and the lead time for your job.

Artwork

We supply a die template cut to your cone before design work starts. Full file requirements are set out in our artwork guidelines.

Turnaround

Lead times depend on the print method, run length and press schedule, so we confirm yours on the quote rather than publishing a single figure.

What is the smallest quantity worth ordering?

That depends on the print method rather than a fixed rule. Digital printing makes a few hundred workable where a long-run press would not. Send the quantity and the date and we will tell you what is realistic.

Can each sleeve in a set be a different colour?

Yes, and it is a common request for tasting flights. On a digital run the cost of several colourways is modest; on a long run it is a different calculation, so tell us the split.

How small can a cone sleeve usefully be?

Small enough for a two-bite canapé cone, though below a certain size the printable area stops carrying anything readable. We will tell you what will hold at your dimensions.

Can we have several colours in one order?

On digital printing, yes, and it is a common request for tasting flights where each colour marks a flavour. Send the split between colours rather than a single total.

Do mini cones need a deep wrap?

Rarely. They are eaten in two bites and usually served on a tray, so a short band is enough and keeps more of the cone visible.

Is there a minimum for a single event?

Can the sleeves be foil blocked for a wedding?

Speciality finishes are quoted per job because availability varies with the run size. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what can be produced.

How far ahead should we order for an event?

Work backwards from the date rather than forwards from today, and allow time for proofing as well as production. We confirm the lead time on the quote.

Will mini sleeves work with a cone holder?

Only with a holder cut for that cone size. A standard holder lets a mini cone drop straight through, so the two need sizing together.

Can leftovers be used at a later event?

If the artwork carries no date. A sleeve printed with a specific occasion cannot be reused, which is the main argument for keeping event artwork undated.
