Closure Matters More than Looks
A tamper-evident closure — a sticker across the fold, or an adhesive strip — shows the customer that the bag has not been opened between the kitchen and the door.
It is quick at the pass and it removes an entire category of complaint, which is why most delivery operations adopt it.
Sealing the containers as well as the bag, with bands that seal individual containers, closes the remaining gap.
Designing for a Rider's Backpack

A sealed bag shows clearly if it has been opened, which is what customers want to see. We would not describe it as secure beyond that, and any wording printed on the bag should stay within what the closure actually demonstrates.

How tall should a delivery bag be?
Short enough to stand upright in a rider's insulated backpack without the top being folded over. Measure a typical backpack rather than sizing from the food alone.
Will the bag collapse in a backpack?
Not with enough rigidity. A bag that folds when others are packed beside it is what tips the order inside.
Do we need handles on a delivery bag?
